"Royal Pains" season 6, episode 10 spoilers revealed that Hank will travel to Argentina with Boris, as cast Mark Feuerstein was spotted on the set with Khloe Kardashian and Scott Disick.

According to Cartermatt, which dished out "Royal Pains" season 6, episode 10 spoilers, Hank will go to South America and might give viewers a better grasp of his relationship with Boris. The title of the episode is called "Good Air/Bad Air," which doesn't really provide a hint of the show's outcome.

"Even though he's away, everyone else in the Hamptons are still going to have plenty to do. Evan will have to fend off SnarkHampton, Paige has to figure out what she wants to do with Russell, and Divya has her own story related to Argentina, as well," the site said.

"Hank and Boris travel to Argentina to meet a potential patient for Boris' clinical trial, and Divya gets more than she bargained for when she tags along to meet Sashi's Argentinean grandmother. As Russel tries to make amends with Paige, he finds himself in over his head caring for a HankMed patient while Jeremiah tries to smooth things over with Viviana. Meanwhile, Evan enlists Ray's help in exposing Oz after SnarkHampton posts a libelous photo of Hank. And Paige (puts the finishing touches on Ray's house."

Meanwhile, Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian have secured cameos playing themselves on the series and they even took snaps with lead actor, Mark Feuerstein. According to MailOnline, the two reality stars even had their own personalized director's chairs, along with "film screens with their faces plastered across them."

The final season of "Royal Pains" is set to air on September 2 at 9 p.m. on USA Network.
