Tonight "Modern Family" actress Sarah Hyland will host the Teen Choice Awards 2014 - but that's not all Sarah Hyland has going for her! The young actress has been dating boyfriend Matt Prokop for five years and they even live together, but the actors admit that they "hate" kissing other people for TV shows. Will Sarah Hyland eventually have to bite the bullet and lock lips with "Modern Family" actor Adam DeVine?

Teen Choice Awards 2014 host Sarah Hyland is only 23, but has been dating her boyfriend Matt Prokop, 24, for half a decade already! The two actors starred in the Disney Channel movie "Geek Charming" together.

When Celebuzz asked Sarah how she and boyfriend Matt Prokop feel about kissing other actors for their roles, she replied: "I hate it. Nothing against them. I hate it though. But it comes along with the job."

These two are seriously committed! They moved in together at just 19 years old and share a dog named Barkley Bixby.

Hyland told OK!, "I love living in L.A. It's quieter. It's much more relaxing. I'm living in a house for the first time ever. I have a backyard for the first time ever; a dog for the first time ever. So it's a lot of firsts, and I love it so much. It's just so different. It's a nice change of pace."

But Sarah Hyland admitted that getting engaged isn't a priority at the moment.

She told E! News, "So we've been together a long time, we're practically married. We have a dog and live together, so I'm OK with that."

Unfortunately, we have a feeling that Sarah will eventually have to kiss "Pitch Perfect" actor Adam DeVine in "Modern Family" - we couldn't help but notice how the two were being set up as love interests in season 5. Sorry, Matt!
