Girl group SISTAR's member Hyorin will carry the sacred torch.

Hyorin's agency Starship Entertainment stated on August 11: "Hyorin was selected to carry the torch at the 17^th Incheon Asian Games."

Hyorin is from Incheon, graduating middle school and high school in Incheon city. Agency staff stated: "The Games committee contacted us, and Hyorin enthusiastically agreed. It's truly an honor, and we will do our best to prepare."

Actress Lee Si Young will also participate in the carrying of the torch.

Meanwhile, the Incheon Asian Games will be held on September 19 through October 4.
