One Direction is scheduled to release a concert film in October featuring behind the scenes production of their "You And I" songs performances and ongoing tour.

The film's distributing company, Arts Alliance, made the announcement about the 90-minute "One Direction: Where We Are-The Concert Film," according to the New York Times.

The group released a new fragrance named after their "You And I" track just as rumors surface that their tour songs are rivaled in popularity by up-and-coming band 5 Seconds of Summer.

"I mean, we love the song and obviously it's quite a personal thing. 'You and I' makes it personal, with the fragrance, so I think that was the idea behind that," Liam Payne said during a recent interview, according to Hollywood Life.

"The title was actually the hardest thing for this one. In the end, it turned out to be the simplest of things, and often the simple ideas are the good ones."

One Direction members need to "up their game a bit" if they want to remain competitive against other bans, Simon Cowell said during a recent interview.

"It does mean 1D have to up their game a bit," he said, according to the Daily Star.

"We knew a lot of boybands would follow but the competition is tough at the moment."

"You And I" One Direction singer Zayin Malik received death threats after posting a message on Twitter reading "Free Palestine," sparking rumors their upcoming tour and songs release may be postponed or cancelled.

The rumors, however, have not been confirmed.

One Direction members have announced that a "Where We Are" concert film will be hitting theatres for one weekend only on October 11 and 12, Pop Crush reports.

"If you haven't had a chance to come see us at our 'Where We Are' stadium tour this year, or you simply just want to relive it again, we've got a very, very special announcement for you," Niall Horan says in the beginning of the video.

Rumors are suggesting Harry Styles may be excluded from One Direction 2014 tour dates and songs for upcoming concerts.

Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend was joined by Irish accountant Alan McEvoy to create HSA Publishing Ltd., where they are both directors, Hollywood Life reports.

The One Direction star has also been spotted at a number of recording studios by himself.

However, a rep from One Direction has revealed that he got approval from the other band members before forming his new company, Hollywood Life also reports.
