Kanye West, Paul McCartney Working New Album? Rap Superstar And Rock Icon Secretly Recording Tracks Together

Kanye West and Paul McCartney are reportedly collaborating and have been working secretly on "a number of tracks."

According to The Huffington Post, Kanye West and Paul McCartney have been recording a number of tracks; one of which is a song tentatively titled "Piss on Your Grave."

Kanye West, who reportedly sometimes calls himself the "Black Beatle," had been very open to the idea of having Paul McCartney featured on the follow-up to his "Yeezus" album slated to be released later this year, a report by The Independent said.

McCartney previously mentioned that he purchased West's "Yeezus" and enjoyed it. He even reportedly even considered having the rap star work with him on his song "Appreciate."

"Kanye and Paul have known each other for a long time but have become more friendly recently. There's a very chance they'll head into the studio together," reportedly said a source on an article by The Daily Mail.

"Kanye really respects music legends and is still putting the finishing touches to his new album. He has been tapping Macca up for a while about working together," the alleged source added.

Kanye West was recently seen at Paul McCartney's gig at Dodger's Stadium in Los Angeles, fanning speculations about their alleged team-up.

A spokesperson for "The Beatles" member was asked for a word about Kanye West and Paul McCartney working together but would neither confirm nor deny it, stating "No comment."

The rock icon also reportedly said that he experimented with auto-tune after he went to see a performance by West.

West, meanwhile, had collaborated with rock legends before, including Sir Elton John whom he worked with on his song "All of the Lights" from his "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" album.

While no formally has been made, West had said in July that he hopes to release his new album before the end of 2014. He decided to re-boot the whole album, even when he was almost finished with it in order to make it less "beautfiul." "Before... I had these beautiful songs, [but] they were just more songs," the rapper said.
