An Eve track from 2008, ‘This Beat Is So Crazy’ was just leaked on the internet, and on it, the rapper has some serious A-list company. The number, which was produced by Pharrell, features the newly 56-year-old Madonna. Eve has been keeping a fairly low profile in recent years, having quietly gotten married earlier this summer, but could she be planning a comeback?

The song, which has a poppy dance vibe was reportedly intended to appear on Eve’s fourth album, Here I Am. That album was never released, due to a series of singles by Eve underperforming, so ‘This Beat Is So Crazy’ stayed under wraps until now. The track’s sudden surprise release has left some music industry insiders speculating that a new Eve album may be on the way. The rapper had a fairly low key album release last year, but before that, her last record was in 2002. In recent years, most of Eve’s focus has been on her acting career – she was in two movies, Bounty Killed and All Wifed Out, in 2013.

In June of this year, Eve married Maximillian Cooper, the British CEO of the Gumball 3000 motor rally, after dating for about four years. Cooper has four children from a previous marriage, and the two have said they would like to have a couple of their own. Having met at the 2010 Gumball 3000 rally, the two decide to wed at the finish of this year’s rally in Ibiza.
