Group JYJ member Kim Jae Joong donated rice to 50 children.

On the July 17, company called "Dreamy" who hosted Kim Jae Joong's support event commented, "Kim Jae Joong donated 23.68 tons of rice to 50 children. We held a donation event on July 16 in place of Kim Jae Joong."

The donated rice was the rice given to Kim Jae Joong on May 17 from his fans at the press conference of MBC TV drama "Time Slip Dr. Jin." On the first round 8 tons were donated, and at the second round 15.68 tons. Including the 7 tons of rice donated from SBS TV drama "Protect the Boss," the amount of donated rice totals up to 31 tons.

The donation made to children was decided on after Kim Jae Joong discussed it with his family. He has expressed that he wants to support 50 children long term, and he has been donating 20kg of rice monthly since last October.
