It's no secret that men have been known to act childish at times. Even the most mature have their, well, moments of weakness.

So when, NFL superstar Tom Brady admitted to "pouting" and "whining" to his supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, it shouldn't come as that much of a surprise. Right?

"I like attention from her, so when I'm not getting it I let her know in immature ways, like a young, immature child would," Brady told Man Of the World Magazine.

But does Brady, a father of three, really aggravate his wife in order to have things work out his way?

"You throw fits and you pout and you whine until you get what you want," said Brady.

In his interview with the international style, travel, and culture magazine, Brady added that Gisele likely knows how to deal with her husband.

"She's on to me, she knows all of my tricks," he explained. "So now I have to learn new tricks."

When asked why the Brazilian model would chastise her football playing husband, Brady playfully responded, "I'm a guy, what doesn't she get on me for? That's just what wives do."

"My wife speaks five languages," he continued. "I always tell her I speak two: English and football."

Gisele seems to put up with her husband, however. In January, the model jokingly explained to Jimmy Fallon on "Late Night" that she often tells her children, "Daddy doesn't know anything." She also admitted to speaking in Portuguese around their kids, Ben and Vivian, in order to chitchat behind Brady's back.

In other Tom Brady news, the New England Patriots quarterback recently missed a day of practice due to a calf injury. The legendary football player returned on to practice on Friday (Sept. 5), however, promising that he hopes to be ready to go for Sunday's season opening game against the Miami Dolphins.

"Anything can happen for anybody between now and then, but I'm looking forward to playing Sunday," Brady told Westwood One Sports radio.

Let's just hope he isn't holding back his whining over the injury and bringing that home to Gisele.
