Prince Harry Cancels 30th Birthday Party Due To Kate Middleton’s Illness: Duchess Of Cambridge Still Suffering From Severe Morning Sickness

How chivalrous! Prince Harry has reportedly postponed his 30th birthday celebration in support of his pregnant sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, who is still battling a case of severe morning sickness.

But the royal birthday boy will have his party... eventually.

It was reported that Prince Harry called off his highly anticipated bash when it appeared that Kate Middleton's severe morning sickness would not subside in time for her to attend the party.

According to the Mirror, a source said, "Harry was in no doubt that the party should be postponed, even though 30 is an important milestone. Kate had been very involved in organizing Harry's party, and once she fell ill he felt it wrong to let the event go ahead."

Harry, who will turn 30 on Monday, Sept. 15, allegedly told his invited guests that the celebration would be "inappropriate" in light of the Duchess of Cambridge's illness.

Middleton, the 32-year-old wife of Harry's brother Prince William, previously suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum-a condition that causes extreme nausea, vomiting, and dehydration-when she was pregnant with the couple's first child, Prince George. She was hospitalized for the pregnancy complication.

Prince Harry did not cancel his party altogether, however.

"He has promised his friends he will organize a post-30th birthday party when the time is right," the source added.

The guests, which includes Harry's best friend Guy Pelly and royal cousins Beatrice, Eugenie, and Zara, as well as rumored girlfriend Camilla Thurlow, 25, will just have to wait for now.

In the meantime, Harry will no doubt be preoccupied figuring out what to do with the $16,264,500 that he will inherit from the estate of his late mother, Princess Diana, on his birthday.
