EXO fans can sigh a breath of relief as it has been announced that member Luhan will be returning to the group after his recent absence due to medical reasons.

"Luhan will be joining his EXO members for the upcoming concert in Beijing on September 20 and 21," stated the idol group's management agency SM Entertainment.

The idol star was absent from the "EXO From EXO Planet #1 - Lost Planet" concert that was held in Thailand over the weekend due to various conditions that hindered him from performing.

"Luhan has been suffering from severe headaches and a case of insomnia and has been told by doctors to rest. He will continue on with his activities after he has regained his health," SM Entertainment wrote on the official site of EXO-M.

Soon after it was announced he wouldn't be able to participate in the recent concert, Luhan took to his Chinese social media account, Weibo, to express his apologies to fans.

"At first I thought I'd be able to partake in the schedule but I don't think I'd be able to perform to the best of my ability. I'm going to get better soon and hope to be a part of the Beijing concert. Please don't worry," wrote the singer.

Although the absence of Luhan was quite disappointing for fans, the popular K-pop group's recent concert in Bangkok was a success. The boys heated up the stage for a total of 22,000 fans at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, grasping the hearts of fans with performances of 30 of their hit songs, according to the publication Yahoo Entertainment Philippines.

The audience was seen singing along with fans, showing their ongoing love for the idol stars.

"Thai fans showed amazing reactions for us, and we would give them a score of 100%. It was a great experience, and we will never forget our visit to Bangkok. We promise to be back as soon as possible," stated EXO at the end of their concert.
