There is yet another twist in the divorce saga of Johnny Weir and Victor Voronov.

Voronov filed a defamation lawsuit against his estranged ex on Sept. 18, claiming that Weir falsely accused him of "attempted rape and sexual misconduct in front of over 2,500,000 viewers" during an interview with "Access Hollywood" in March.

In the televised interview, Weir discussed a dispute with his husband that allegedly turned violent. "[He] asked me to lay in bed with him in the biblical sense, and when I refused, the altercation between us started. I was defending myself," explained Weir.

Voronov now states that the figure skating champion "spun lies as easily as he performed a triple salchow."

Weir and Voronov married in December 2011. However Weir filed for divorce in February 2014, citing domestic difficulties. The pair briefly reconciled but called it quits again around the time of Weir's Access Hollywood interview.

Weir publicly stated that his ex hit their dog, as well as stole "a Faberge egg, a Louis Vuitton trunk (and all of its contents), luggage, a Louis Vuitton jewelry case with all the jewelry missing, a Hermes ashtray and my Lexus truck key."

In terms of Voronov's lawsuit, the Georgetown law graduate also states that his estranged husband spread "salacious lies" about his health.

According Voronov, Weir publically accused him of having "herpes" or "some sort of sexually transmitted disease."

Voronov also accused Weir of committing "heinous acts of domestic violence" against him on three separate occasions. This includes an incident in which Voronov claimed that Weir had left a bite mark on his shoulder.

Weir, who is now in Boston for "An Evening with Champions," referred to the legal drama with his ex on Twitter.

"Very long and aggressive day but so happy to be in Boston for @eveningwchamps with my friends, skating for an amazing cause."
