Camilla Parker-Bowles allegedly dissed Kate Middleton for getting house calls from her doctors, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports.

"It seems that Kate's doctors are making house calls at Kensington Palace and this is driving Camilla to distraction. Kate Middleton is incredibly sick with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, which is just a fancy way of saying that she has really, really bad morning sickness," the website writes.

"It's gotten so bad that she's had to cancel all her upcoming public appearances, including her Malta trip which was to be Kate Middleton's first solo official royal foreign engagement."

Prince Harry decided to cancel his upcoming 30th birthday celebration because of Kate Middleton's pregnancy sickness, leaving many fans wondering if her diet is partially responsible.

Kate Middleton, who has been recently revealed to be pregnant with her second child following the birth of her first-born, may have a celebrity wedding dress fan.

George Clooney's fiancée Amal Alamuddin spent an hour and a half in the head office of Alexander McQueen, the same fashion designer who designed Kate Middleton's wedding dress.

"They seemed quite flustered as they sped through London to get to their meeting in time," one onlooker told the Daily Mirror.

Amal is set to marry George Clooney later this month and is currently living in Italy.
