TROBO, Your Kid’s Best Friend And Learning Buddy.

Start-ups are popping up everywhere and their ideas vary from creative to stale. Recently, two dads met at a startup weekend event in Orlando and upon discussing what was troubling them, they discovered commonalities. Modern age children seem to spend a lot of time on content and entertainment that has no growth stimulation to any of their intellectual functions. One dad's child had taken to a liking of cars and seemed glued to it at all times, which can be worrying given that the formative years of a child could very well decide their altitude later in life.

The solution to the worries of these dads, Chris and Jeremy, was found within their historical backgrounds. Both of them being technical professionals it is not surprising they have come up with a technical solution to help other parents grow interest in intellectually stimulating activities in their children.

Come in TROBO

The solution they settled on, a robot that works alongside an app, aims to educate kids on science, maths, mechanics, engineering and other interesting fields that are sure to keep their inquisitive minds occupied and on the right growth path.

Developed after near genius calculations, the robot is designed so as to create companionship with the subjects, also nurturing the minds of them with the use of puzzles, games and a wide array of other activities that are all fun to partake yet leave noticeable mind growth and development in the kids.

Several additions to the second prize winning idea have been suggested, some including making custom voice recordings that would sure enhance the bonding and comfort required to maximise development in kids. The entire project had been budgeted at a reasonable amount and the overwhelming success in fundraising it has received over the first week (it has passed half the budget target with three quarters of the required time remaining) proves that parents out there prioritise their children's mental growth, and TROBO is here to the rescue.
