Girl group T-ARA won the '2014 MWave K-Pop Star World Championship' trophy.

Global Kpop website MWave hosted a popularity vote on their website. Over 1 million fans from Korea, China, Japan, and the United States participated in the vote, and T-ARA took first place.

In response, the T-ARA members said, "Thank you for giving us such a great reward. We will repay with improved performances on stage."

T-ARA is actively performing to their new song "Sugar Free."
