Wardrobe Inspection: K-Pop's Best Dressed - September 2014

September was chock full of comebacks ranging from Shin Ji Hoon’s ballad “Cry Baby” all the way to Beat Burger’s 1st Electronic Mini album ‘Electric Dream.’

Of course, with upscale comebacks comes upscale fashion. Let’s take a look at some of concepts that stood out this September!

First up is T-ARA who came back full force with the electro dance track, “Sugar Free.”

In the music video, T-ARA goes full on street style with ripped jeans, crop tops, fishnets and chains galore. Their look was similar to their subunit, T-ARA N4, in terms of street wear, but they made sure to tone down the colors and vibrant patterns. Definitely a change from their past funky looks!

A comeback we waited over two years for, TaeTiSeo’s “Holler” was finally released.

There is much to say about the various fashions seen in the “Holler” music video. There were so many styles but they were all as luxurious as the ladies of TaeTiSeo themselves.

The looks for the video ranged from the honey bee black and yellow pieces worn for a majority of their dance, to the sexy and cute denim outfits worn is the Club scene. Each level of style in the music video was executed beautifully and it made have inspired some dress ideas for Halloween!

Speaking of clubs, there’s no way that 2PM’s “Go Crazy” could be left out! Another comeback that was long overdiue from the boys of 2PM graced us this September.

When it comes to party outfit gear, the boys definitely know how to do it right. Flower patterned suits, blue bedazzled space suits, and even a simple T-shirts and jeans were just some of the few looks 2PM displayed!

From clubbing to classy, Ailee brought the funk right before September came to it’s close.

Ailee showcased a slew of dresses and skirts for her latest music video “Don’t Touch Me.” No one does classy and strong like Ailee after all!

There was a lot of color in the various comebacks of September, but there was also some refreshing style in there as well.

The collaboration between Soyu and Urban Zakapa would be exactly what you need to end summer and bring in fall, both in terms of fashion and music. Three words: clean, casual, and comfortable.
