'Cinderella' 2015 Full Trailer Will Feature A Whole New Perspective To Ella's Enchanted Life; 'Game Of Thrones' Star Richard Madden The New Prince Charming

Cinderella movie 2015 trailer and poster is now made available by Walt Disney Pictures! "Downton Abbey" star Lily James will take on the titular role of the young orphaned princess, Ella, living with her step-mother and two evil step-sisters. While, Richard Madden who is famous for portraying the role of "Rob Stark" in the hit HBO series "Game of Thrones" will play the character of Kit, the kind and humble Prince Charming.

Kenneth Branagh who directs the upcoming Walt Disney adaptation to the classic fairy tale is reportedly going to stick to the original 1967 story by Charles Perrault. However, MoviePilot reveals that the film will be told from the perspective of Kit, this time.

Eric Eisenberg of Cinema Blend, who was given the opportunity to watch the special screening of some of the highly anticipated movie footages at the Comic Con added that the upcoming Cinderella 2015 movie offers refreshing story line with an extremely amazing cinematography.

"While we were told before the footage that some of the special effects had yet to be completed and that the movie is still very much a work in process, I was definitely impressed by what I saw. There is an interesting mix of tones at work, as heavy drama is lightened by some funny dialogue and rapport, and the film looks gorgeously shot. Of course, this is the footage that Disney wanted us to see in order to get us excited for the film, but my interest is definitely piqued."

Aline Brosh McKenna and Chris Weitz penned the script while Haris Zambarloukos was responsible for the cinematography. Pratrick Doyle is in charge of the musical scoring.

The "Prince Charming" character will be played by Richard Madden who is best known for his sensitive portrayal of "Rob Stark" in the hit TV series, "Game of Thrones." Aside from him, the movie will be headlined by Cate Blanchette as the wicked stepmother "Lady Tremaine" and Lily James in the title role. Others in the cast include Holliday Grainger and Sophie McSherra as Cinderella's wicked stepsisters "Anastacia" and "Drizella," respectively, Helena Bonham Carter as the "Fairy Godmother," Stellan Skarsgard as the "Grand Duke," Derek Jacobi as the "King," Nonzo Anosie as the "Captain," and Hayley Atwell and Ben Chaplin as Cinderella's mother and father, respectively.
The well-loved "Fairy Godmother" role will be portrayed by Helena Bonham Carter as Stellan Skarsgard will be the "Grand Duke," Derek Jacobi as the "King," Nonzo Anosie will portray the role of the "Captain." Hayley Atwell and Ben Chaplin will play Ella's mother and father, respectively.
Cinderella 2015 producer, Simon Kinberg thinks that the young orphaned Ella's story hasn't been told in a modern way, hence his decision to produce the film.
"We were thinking of titles and characters that we hadn't really seen done in a modern, live-action way, and we were kind of stunned that Cinderella hasn't really been done that way, as a traditional, loyal telling of the story," he explained to Hero Complex. "She's a great, iconic character, a character that I loved when I was a kid, and I loved the Disney animated movie."
The untold story of Ella is scheduled to hit theaters on March 13, 2015
