FTISLAND Song Seung Hyun's First Musical Stage

FTISLAND member Song Seung Hyun performs a music for the first time since his debut. He was applauded as his first musical stage finished successfully.

On Wednesday, Song Seung Hyun's first role in the musical, 'Jack The Ripper', was held. The musical started on July 20 and he played the role of Daniel.

As this was his first musical role, many fans from Korea and overseas in Japan came to see his performance. 

Song Seung Hyun, who is the vocal and guitarist of the band, has always been known for his great vocals. His ability to carry on a concert was also known through their many performances.

Many celebrities have also been riding the bandwagon of performing in musicals. There have been some criticism as well in that the singers did not perform up to par as the musical actors. However, Song Seung Hyun proved to have great skill, almost as great as the musical actors themselves.

He was able to show his acting ability as well as he went back and forth between a charismatic role and a loving role. 

His voice projection and singing was up to par as his words and songs reached out to the audience.

There were some objections to having him play the role of Daniel as he was the youngest out of the cast. However, Song Seung Hyun practiced 12 hours a day to perfect his part. His hard work and efforts were applauded by many.

FNC Entertainment stated, "As he was the last member to be casted into the musical, he worked twice as hard so as not let the cast members down."

Song Seung Hyun has proved himself to be not only a great singer, but also a great actor.
