‘August Osage County’ Actress Misty Upham Missing, Father Fears She May Be Suicidal

Actress Misty Upham, who starred in "August Osage County" and 2008's "Frozen River," has reportedly been missing for seven days.

To make matters worse, Upham's father Charles fears that his daughter may be suicidal.

According to PEOPLE, the 32-year-old Native American actress was reported missing by her father on Oct. 6. She was allegedly last seen leaving her apartment on Sunday in Auburn, Washington.

"Our officers responded to her apartment where she lives with her parents on Sunday for a suicidal call," Commander Steve Stocker told the magazine. "When our officers got there, she had already packed up some belongings and left the apartment, so the officers were not able to contact or find her."

Although Charles Upham told police that he wanted his daughter declared a missing person, authorities claim that Upham does not meet the criteria of a "missing and endangered person," according to Washington state law.

Stocker revealed that the actress's disappearance would have to be "unexplainable, involuntary or suspicious" in order for her to be declared missing.

Upham's father, however, fears that his daughter, who is reportedly dealing with mental health issues, may be a danger to herself.

"She had recently changed her medication, so she was sort of having erratic behavior," Charles told The Hollywood Reporter. "She told me and her mom that we didn't have to worry about her any more. ... I thought it sounded suicidal myself, so I called the police. She's always been a suicidal person."

The worried father added, "She used to make [suicide] threats sometimes, but she never went through with it."
