Christmas With Big Bang: YG Adds Another Concert To Group's Upcoming Japanese Dome Tour

Big Bang will be spending the holidays with their Japanese fans.

On October 20, YG Entertainment announced through their company blog that an additional concert date has been added to Big Bang's Japanese Dome Tour.

The company's leading male idol group will be performing in Tokyo on Christmas Day as part of their BIGBANG Japan Dome Tour 2014-2015.

"For the first time for foreign artists, Big Bang will be holding Japan's 5 largest Dome Tour for 2 consecutive years," YG Entertainment explained in a statement. "Big Bang previously added 3 extra concerts in Osaka's Kyocera Dome from Jan 16 to 18 in 2015, and now they have added an extra one on Dec 25 in Tokyo Dome."

The Dome Tour will kick things off next month in Nagoya on November 15 and 16 and then move on to four additional cities across Japan over two months.  Fifteen concerts are scheduled and expected to bring in 741,000 fans, accoring to YG.

"We are all very excited to see the Japanese fans again," said Big Bang leader G-Dragon, speaking on behalf of his groupmates. "We are trying our best to power up our performances, so stay tuned!" 

Up-and-coming boy groups under the YG label, WINNER and iKON, are scheduled serve as opening acts for the Japan tour.

Big Bang will also be releasing a 'Best Of' album featuring the 50 songs to be included in their set lists for the tour on November 26.
