In the picture, GD is wearing a funny hat with a surprised expression on his face.

The picture's title, 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY GD' gained a lot of attention. The day the photo was posted was also G-Dragon's 25th birthday.
The foreign girls all wore halters in different colors and roller skates.
G-Dragon will be making his solo comeback for the first time in 3 years.
