2015 Honda CR-V: Dubbed By Motor Trend As SUV Of The Year As The Vehicle Offer Advanced Safety Features And More Fuel Efficient Engine

The 2015 Honda CR-V has been dubbed by Motor Trend as the sport/utility vehicle of the year.

In the report of the Inquisitr, the 2015 Honda CR-V has received the "special honor" as the Motor Trend SUV of the year.

"ABC listed the CR-V as the leader in the small SUV category as well as the more general SUV category. Motor Trend awarded the 2015 model with the coveted golden calipers. 300,000 CR-Vs were sold last year, according to ABC, and more than 2 million were sold over the last decade," according to the report of the Inquisitr.

Furthermore, the 2015 Honda CR-V features a big improvements, with the best storage space with more than 70 cubic inches of cargo space which is comfortable to use.

"The 2015 Honda CR-V impressed our judges with its extensive list of delightful design and thoughtful engineering improvements. Our editors were especially impressed by Honda's responsive and efficient continuously-variable transmission and sophisticated safety systems - particularly the smart and seamlessly integrated Lane Keeping Assist system. Efficient, practical, and a joy to drive; the 2015 Honda CR-V does virtually everything well," said Motor Trend editor-in-chief Ed Loh in the report of the Digital Journal.

The 2015 Honda CR-V priced at $23,320 (MSRP) capable of 185 hp and EPA-estimated 34 highway mpg.
