Both the Sony Xperia Z2 and Sony Xperia Z3 have the same touch screen which is 5.2 inches with IPS LCD. Both of the said smartphones have the same resolution of 1080 x 1920pixels and a pixel density of 424 ppi.

The Xperia Z3 has a measure of 146 x 72 x 7.3mm and weighing 152 grams, while the Xperia Z2 measures 146 x 73.3 x 8.2mm that weights 163 grams.
