The Vikings will face off against the Buccaneers on Sunday in a Week 8 match of the ongoing National Football League (NFL) 2014 season schedule.

The Vikings, losing to the Bills 17-16 last week, is expected to be the favorite of the match. The Buccaneers, losing to the Ravens 48-17, is considered to be the underdog for the game.

Controversy surrounds the NFL as the head attorney of the NFL players' union investigating the ongoing Ray Rice domestic violence case revealed the league and the Baltimore Ravens are not cooperating, ESPN reports. 

"If the NFL is genuinely concerned about fixing the issues that led to an admitted mistake, then they should be honest and forthright about what they knew and when they knew it," attorney Richard Craig Smith told the Associated Press, according to the site.

"We want both our team and Bob Mueller's team each to be able to conduct a thorough review of all the relevant facts."
