2015 Acura TLX: Specs, Engine Performance, Fuel Efficieny, Safety Features And Price, Take A Closer Look

The Acura has finally disclosed the 2015 Acura TLX, which will be a replacement for the TL and TSX model.

In the report of the Motoring Crunch, the 2015 Acura TLX runs on the FWD system with three variants. First is the 206hp 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine with an 8 speed automatic transmission that retails around $30,995.

The second variant, the mid-level trim is powered by a 290bhp 3.5 liter V6 engine with a 9 speed automatic transmission which retails about $35,220.

The last variant runs on a 3.5 liter SH-AWD motor. If it will take with the technology package, the car will retail around $41,450.

Furthermore, according to the Acura website, the 2015 Acura TLX 2.4 liter engine is efficiently fun with an EPA fuel economy rating of 24 mpg on city roads, 35 mpg on highway while 28 mpg when combined.

On the other hand, the 3.5 liter engine EPA fuel economy rating is 21 mpg on city, 34 mpg on highway and 25 mpg when combined.

Moreover, for safety and security features, according to Acura website, the driver assistance will have adaptive cruise control with low speed follow, blind spot information system, warning systems, parking sensors, tire pressure monitoring system with tire fill assist.

Also, for braking and stability, the 2015 Acura TLX will feature a collision mitigation braking system, road departure mitigation system, vehicle stability assist and braking system. Other features also include the seat belts and airbags, child safety and body structure design.
