Big Bang's G-Dragon Captivates Fans with "the Most Straightforward Lyrics" [Watch]

G-Dragon made headlines after his new song was revealed for its bold lyrics.
G-Dragon, the leader of the idol group Big Bang released a solo album for the first time in 3 years. The music video of his new song was unveiled revealing the most straightforward lyrics he has ever written.

Yesterday (August 24), G-Dragon unveiled the music video for his new song "One of a Kind" through the official homepage of YG Entertainment.
The release of G-Dragon's new song as the music video drew an explosive amount of attention from the people in the online community especially since no details were revealed before the official release of the music video. Viewers cannot take their eyes off of the music video for "One of a Kind" because of the countless flashy costumes and accessories that G-Dragon appears with. However, one thing that does a better job of captivating the people in the online community is his lyrics.
G-Dragon's impressive rap includes bold lyrics like, "I'm a talented bear, more like a fox than a bear", "I'm a pain in the butt, I'm expensive", "Yes hyung, yes nuna. I am the best, I'm sorry.", "Everyone goes crazy whatever I do. I'm a trend setter, I change this and that." and "Young and rich, that's me" and expressed his status that goes beyond just "an idol star" as a style icon.
However, this song has an unexpected surprise. In the second half of the song, G-Dragon's lyrics are filled with a longing for the love of his fans. Some lines go along the lines of, "Lalala please see this as a sign of affection. Please don't trash-talk about me. Lalala please see this as a sign of affection. Please love me" and showed an adorable side of himself trying to win over the hearts of his anti-fans. G-Dragon who seemed like a cocky, charismatic artist completely changes and reveals his adorable side and melts the hearts of anybody who watches his music video of "One of a Kind."
People in the online community responded with comments like, "My heart melted after watching this", "I can't wait for his new song", "G-Dragon never disappoints!", "G-Dragon is cute, sexy and tough all at the same time" and "His lyrics leave a bigger impression than the visuals in the music video."
