Lee Min Ho surprised Kim Hee Sun with a confession.

On the Monday episode of "Great Doctor," Choi Young, played by Lee Min Ho, set out to save Eun Soo, played by Kim Hee Sun, who was captured by Ki Chul, played by Yoo Oh Sung.

Choi Young knew that Eun Soo was taken to Ki Chul's house under the King's orders, but he went against those orders and found her at Ki Chul's house. After the ensuing violence, Choi Young got to Eun Soo, who in turn was elated to see that he was indeed alive. Warriors stormed in on him and Choi Young had to face all of them by himself.

When Ki Chul asks him why he came all this way against the King's orders, he answers that it's personal but when Ki Chul asks him more questions, he says, "Because I am in love with the woman behind you.", pointing at Eun Soo.

He adds, "How can you be still when you know that the woman you love has been taken against her will?" The comment was to get out of this situation but Eun Soo, believing that he is really in love with her, was incredibly surprised.

The confession having been accidental and circumstantial, people now wonder how the loveline will progress.
