Since his win on Mnet's "Superstar K" in 2009, Seo In Guk only has two dramas under his belt and they were all this year.

This is just the beginning of his acting career but seeing him in dramas is not unfamiliar at all. From his expressions to dialogue delivery, it's hard to believe that he's just a new actor.

Seo In Guk has been garnering the love of female viewers with his character Yoon Jae on "Respond 1997."

Yoon Jae is the smartest boy in his school and a boy who only looks to one girl. His feelings for his childhood friend Si Won (played by A Pink's Jung Eunji) have not wavered despite her unending love for idol stars and the fact that his own brother seems to have feelings for her as well.

For many women, Seo In Guk is the ideal man.

In an interview, he said that he has a lot in common with Yoon Jae.

"Yoon Jae is quiet for a lot of the time but when he does express himself, it's incredibly memorable and strong. I'm like that with girls I like as well, but unlike Yoon Jae, I can be very cute. I am used to that kind of things since I was like that with my parents and I was a very cute boyfriend for my girlfriends."

His most memorable scene is when Yoon Jae asks Si Won 3 times "Should I not meet her?" after receiving love confessions from another girl.

"Director Shin Won Ho asked to see me when he heard that I was acting. For the first script reading, I hadn't been given a part so I tried out all the characters. But he realized that my voice was very low and told me to deliver that one line."

Seo In Guk then reaffirms that this is his best character.

"I don't think I'll ever meet a character like Yoon Jae for the rest of my life. It's hard for any actor to meet a character like him because he's really charming!"
