MBK Entertainment, previously Core Contents Media, has released the music video teaser for Shannon's debut single "Daybreak Rain."

Shannon has been a trainee for five years under the label, but is no stranger to the spotlight. At a very young age she appeared on Star King, where she surprised the guest idols and audience members with her operatic voice and acting skills. She performed the extremely vocally challenging song "The Phantom of the Opera" from the award winning musical.

She also sang "A Whole New World" with SHINee's Onew for the program.

Since then, she has been training relentlessly to make her musical dream come true. In January, she released a pre-debut track called "Remember You" that featured Speed's Jongkook.

The new teaser for her official debut song shows a more mature, womanly image. The young rookie has grown in front of our eyes! Shannon wears a two-piece suit combination in bright red as she sings and dances in the rain. In another shot, she stares out a car window while reminiscing about her young days as an entertainer.
