Girl group Hello Venus has received much popularity for their ‘wiggle wiggle’ dance on YouTube.

On November 26, Hello Venus released their ‘wiggle wiggle’ dance video online through their official YouTube channel and received over 4 million hits (combination of Facebook and YouTube) in just one week.

On December 1, they also released their ‘sticky sticky’ school look dance video and with the views of both videos combined, they reached over 5 million views and after combining the views from Facebook and YouTube, they hit over 120 million views overall, showcasing their overwhelming popularity.

These overwhelming number of views is rare for a girl group in Korea, thus making Hello Venus’s “Wiggle Wiggle” dance video a huge hit amongst the mass public as well.

Both their “Wiggle Wiggle” and “Sticky Sticky” videos received positive responses from the public and received over 50,000 likes and over 7,000 comments on these videos.

It is even more shocking because they were able to reach all this in just one week after the video went live online. Currently, they are still receiving around 200,000-300,000 views a day on these two videos, revealing the group’s huge popularity.

The group had taken about a year hiatus before finally making a comeback with “Sticky Sticky.” Although they were gone from the K-Pop scene for sometime, they still received a great amount of attention with their new song and successfully made their comeback to the music industry.

Hello Venus did not comeback with their usual cute and fun image and delved right into a more classy yet sexy style and took over the K-Pop industry with their “Wiggle Wiggle” dance. Their healthy and sophisticated image could also bee seen in their “Sticky Sticky” video but also showed a bit of cute and innocent as well.

Also, they are currently models for over 10 brands including SK Telecom, Lotte Cinema, Pocky and more and have also been busy with other events and promotions.
