TVXQ is SM's Discipline Leaders, "We want to Lead Everyone in the Right Direction"

With an interview with OSEN, TVXQ stated, "Kangta told me to listen in on what the junior artists were saying and to report back to him. I heard it as, 'Since you are close with them keep a look out for them'. I guess we are sort of the discipline leader of our agency."

TVXQ commented, "There are many junior artists who come to us with their problems and dilemmas and ask for advice from us. We want to lead them towards the right direction. We ask for advice from our seniors such as BoA and Kangta as well."
Changmin commented, "SHINee member Taemin recently came to me for advice because we are both the youngest of our group."
Yoonho commented, "SHINee Onew and Super Junior Leeteuk like to come to me to ask for advice on things."
TVXQ has recently come back on September 26 with their new album, Catch Me.
