DC Comics 'Wonder Woman' Stand Alone Movie Actively Gearing Up! 'Pan' Scribe Jason Fuchs On Board To Pen The Script!

The upcoming stand alone movie adaptation of "Wonder Woman" is reportedly gearing up with Warner Bros. and DC Comics announcing that it will be included in the line up of its cinematic universe.

Variety reports that Gal Gadot is going to work with "Breaking Bad" director Michelle Maclaren who will be helming the stand alone movie.

And now reports suggest that DC and Warner are in talks with "Pan" director Jason Fuchs to work on the storyline of "Wonder Woman."

The film will be produced by Charles Roven of "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Gal Gadot reportedly signed on a three movie deal with the giant studio that include "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice," "Wonder Woman" standalone film and "Justice League."

The 29-year-old Israeli actress is expected to start shooting her next movie with Warner Bros. - "Wonder Woman" - soon after filming with "Batman V Superman" wraps up.

Meanwhile, a report from YouTube claims that Wonder Woman's appearance in the 2016 "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" movie will actually feature Diana Prince's origin story.

The video footage below containing the speculations about the Amazonian princess' role in Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill's superhero film claims that Wonder Woman is actually a Demi-god, daughter of Zeus. The report also claims that this film will be Warner Bros.' counterpart for Disney's "Thor."

 

"Wonder Woman" stand alone film is expected to hit theaters on June 23, 2017.
