All New 'Finding Dory' Plot Revealed! New Characters Of Pixar Animated Movie To Appear In The Sequel

Two years from now the sequel to one of Disney Pixar's most successful animated films is finally making a splash in cinemas.

Although, it took years before the giant studio company finally decided to create a part two to "Finding Nemo" the wait is reportedly definitely worth it.

News about the plot to "Finding Dory" - the official title of the sequel - has recently emerged following the highly successful Comic Con Experience event in Brazil.

According to Jim Morris, Disney Pixar Studio's president the plot of the upcoming sequel will focus mainly in the story of Dory, the forgetful blue tang fish, trying to find her family in which the setting would take place in the Marine Biology Institute of California, as reported by Comic Book Movie.

This time around Marlin will be the one helping Dory out as they continue their adventures in a whole new different level.

However, Nemo's role in the film has yet to be identified.

In previous reports, Disney Pixar has reportedly altered the ending of "Finding Dory" plot in order to support "Blackfish" documentary - a story discussing the tragic life of orca whales under captivity of Sea World - raising social awareness to animal welfare all over the globe.

In "Finding Dory's" ending, the fishes and other animals hold in captivity in Marine Biology of Institute in California will "have the option to leave," according to The New York Times.

Meanwhile, the upcoming sequel would also feature new characters including an octopus, sea lions and a beluga whale, according to Movie Pilot.

The online publication also mentioned that "Modern Family" star Ty Burrell will be playing Bailey, the beluga whale. The sequel also includes "The Wire" stars Dominic West and Idris Alba, but details about what character they would be playing has yet to be announced.

According to Shortlist.com, West announced that he will be reuniting with his co-star Alba in "Finding Dory" saying,

"I saw Idris recently. We're both in the sequel to 'Finding Nemo'," West revealed.

Joining West and Alba are returning cast members Albert Brooks as Marlin the clown fish, Willem Dafoe as Gill, Vicki Lewis as Deb and her sister Flo and Ellen De Generes as Dory.

New comers would also include "Something's Gotta Give" actress Diane Keaton and "American Pie" actor Eugene Levy as Dory's long lost parents.

"Finding Dory" will be released in theaters on June 17, 2016 in celebration of Pixar's 30th anniversary, according to Pixar.Wikia.
