iPhone 7 Release Date Version Features 2GB RAM Boost: Rumors & Concept Review [NEWS]

The release date version of the iPhone 7 will include 2GB of RAM, the International Business Times reports. Upon its release, the iPhone 6 only had 1GB of memory.

Although a specific release date for Apple's newest product has not been announced, rumors continue to follow the mobile device's concepts and features.

It is expected that the iPhone 7 will have faster online features and stronger battery life-both are features that many in mobile forums have complained about the iPhone 6.

"In the past, the argument has been that iOS is more optimised for the hardware that it runs on than Android (which runs on a multiplicity of devices), and therefore doesn't need as much memory," Apple Tool Box writes in a review of the release date rumors.

"Unfortunately, there have been lots of complaints on Internet forums in which people have complained in particular about tabs in Safari reloading, especially when there are lots of them open at once."

There are also reports suggesting the iPhone 7 may include a sapphire glass display, adding new concepts to the design of the product.

Wireless charging capabilities have also been cited as a prospective feature.
