After months of speculation, "One Piece" fans outside of Japan get some exciting news about the latest game adaptation, "One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3." At this year's Jump Festa, Namco Bandai released a new English subtitled trailer. The game company also finally confirmed "One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3" for release next summer in both Europe and North America.

Even though danger of a popular game series not getting released worldwide has decreased over the years, fans were very excited to hear that "One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3" wouldn't be limited to a Japan release.

"Cool, glad its heading westwards. Funny that the Vita version is getting a release, after skipping the Vita version of ‘Pirate Warriors 2' and ‘Gundam Reborn'," commented Ian C on an ANN forum.

"I'm crying with tears of joy right now," said ZeroCha0s on Crunchyroll.

One fan in particular was excited to hear that in addition to platforms like the Playstation 4, PS Vita, and the Playstation 3, "One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3" will also be available on Steam.

"STEAM, STEAM, it is coming to Steam! This is great!" exclaimed Squishton.

Anime News Network reports that "One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3" will follow "Luffy's journey from the beginning through the Dressrosa Arc." They also report several specials items that come with with early copies of the game including "an early unlock code to play as Sabo, a product code for Luffy's special costumes, and a serial code for a character in the smartphone game app ‘One Piece Treasure Cruise'."

For those unfamiliar, "One Piece" is a popular manga and anime series created by Eiichiro Oda. Here's the plot overview according to Wikipedia:

"One Piece is the story of a boy named Monkey D. Luffy who was inspired by Shanks, a pirate. At the start of the series, 22 years before Luffy leaves his hometown and sets sail, a pirate named Gol D. Roger, known as the Pirate King was executed. He was the only pirate to successfully conquer the grand line.

Before his death, he told the crowd of his treasure, "One Piece". His death sparked what would become the Golden Age of Pirates as countless pirates set out to look for his treasure. Luffy becomes one as well, desiring to be the next Pirate King. He sets out to gather crewmates and begin his adventures and journeys."
