NBA Trade Rumors: Miami Heat Vs Cleveland Cavaliers For Brandan Wright? Both Teams Need A Big Man! Newly Traded Center Can Bring Draft Picks To Celtics

The NBA Trade Rumors continue for Brandan Wright even though he has been recently traded. Once he's eligible, two Eastern teams with LeBron James ties will probably pursue him. The 27-year old center has proven capability to contribute.

Wright's impressive performance as the main reliever off the bench for the Dallas Mavericks has augmented his trade value. He was probably the reason why the Celtics pulled the trigger on the Rajon Rondo trade.

However, the Celtics are not looking to win now especially without Rondo. Wright's trade value could help them obtain more assets for the future which is the Celtics main goal.

Two teams desperate for a big man have solid intentions and these are LeBron James' teams: The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat.

From ESPN: Sources say the Cavs, in recent days, have been in contact with the Boston Celtics about working as a facilitator in three-team trade scenarios. The Celtics, blessed with frontcourt depth in the wake of their recent acquisition of Brandan Wright in the Rajon Rondo deal, have been aggressive recently in their attempts to acquire future draft picks.

Meanwhile, Basketball Insiders has the situation for Miami, who recently lost valuable acquisition Josh McRoberts due to injury:

"Sadly for Miami, he effectively missed the first couple weeks with toe issues and is now out for the season after a meniscus repair. That leaves the big rotation behind Chris Bosh as Shawne Williams, Udonis Haslem, Chris Andersen, Hassan Whiteside and Justin Hamilton. Andersen is effective, but can only reliably play about 20 minutes per game at age 36. Haslem still executes on D, but can't protect the rim and Miami couldn't score with him on the floor even when it had James. Williams has a surprising 61.1 True Shooting Percentage, but the HEAT can't really hope to stop anyone with both he and Bosh on the floor."

These two teams have extra motivation and a solid chance to make the playoffs. East heavyweights Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards are stacked at the frontline and Brandan Wright will be an asset. Which team will get Wright?
