"Arrow" season 3, episode 10 spoilers show Oliver hanging on the cliff as Felicity's mother will return to Starling City by episode 18.

According to TVLine, Charlotte Ross will reprise her role as Felicity's mother.

"Ross received a warm reception from viewers with her first appearance on the hit action-drama, which aired in early November and revolved around a dark piece of Felicity's past coming back to haunt her," the article noted.

"Arrow" season 3, episode 10 spoilers can be gleaned from the synopsis which reads: "In the aftermath of Oliver's (Stephen Amell) fight with Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable), Diggle (David Ramsey) and Arsenal (Colton Haynes) continue to protect the city in the Arrow's absence. However, after three days without hearing from Oliver, they begin to fear the worst may have happened to their friend."

Meanwhile, "Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) refuses to believe that Oliver could be dead until Merlyn (John Barrowman) pays the team a surprise visit. Thea (Willa Holland) suspects there is something more behind Oliver's disappearance and asks Merlyn for a favor.

For his part, Ray (Brandon Routh) will test "a part of his new suit and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) takes up the mantle of the Black Canary."

This particular episode will be helmed by Glen Winter written by Marc Guggenheim & Erik Oleson.

More "Arrow" season 3 episode 10 spoilers reveal that the show will introduce another character in the name of General Matthew Shrieve, played by Marc Singer.

"For those who do not know, General Shrieve is the titular leader of the DC Universe's Creature Commandos," according to Movie News Guide. "He is set to make his debut appearance during the 14th episode of the season in one of Oliver Queen's Hong Kong flashbacks."
