Pregnant Kate Middleton talked about her growing baby bump as she told a differently-abled teenager that her second child is "moving all the time."

"It's moving all the time. I can feel it kicking now," she told Martina McDonagh during a meeting at Jack Tizard School in White City a she opned the Kensington Leisure Centre in west London.

"I told her I hoped it was a girl but she said she doesn't know yet," Martina told the Daily Telegraph afterwards. "She said it was moving around a lot."

During the same event, the pregnant Kate Middleton met Ryan, 2, who was supposed to hand over her a bouquet of white flowers. But his shyness got the better of him as he ran towards his mother when the Duchess of Cambridge approached the toddler.

"We practiced all weekend," his mother said. "He was going to say, 'These are for you, nice flowers, lovely flowers' and he was fine doing it at home. I don't know what made him so shy, normally he is really outgoing and he's never been shy like this when there's been a big occasion."

Kate Middleton despite her growing baby bump appears to be well enough to attend her third engagement for that day. Prince William's wife had a difficult time while being pregnant due to her extreme morning sickness. But the tabloids have accused her of using her condition to duck her official royal duties.

"Now, pregnant with her second child, she has not only had to deal with the first few months of illness, but has young Prince George to care for as well," Celebrity Dirty Laundry said. "However, does that excuse the Duchess of Cambridge of participating in only 76 public engagements compared to Prince Philip's 200? The fact that Prince Philip is 93-years-old almost mocks Kate's excuse of morning sickness."

The tabloid cited a survey by British publication Daily Mail where it concluded that among the 15 royals included in the poll, the pregnant Kate Middleton was the laziest.

"The poll showed Queen Elizabeth as the record holder who, at 88 years old, appeared at approximately 375 events-sometimes more than six in one day!" it said.
