Corona And Rio Added To New ‘Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid’ Anime Visual [PHOTO]

An all new key visual for the anime series "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid" was tweeted earlier today on Twitter. The new key visual features Corona and Rio, who will be played by Eri Kitamura and Misato Fukuen respectively. The series is currently set to premiere in April.

Fans on Crunchyroll have had positive reactions to the new key visual.

"This visual looks adorable," exclaimed Stark700.

"Heck freaking yes! April can't get here fast enough," explained Mike_Strike.

Anime News Network provides the following description for "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid":

"The series takes place four years after the JS incident in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS," and stars Vivio Takamachi, a fourth-year elementary student at St. Hilde Academy of Magic. Vivio has learned to conjure her adult form and has received her own Device - named Sacred Heart - from Nanoha, and has promised Nanoha to never use either for mischief. Then a mysterious magical fighter appears and targets Vivio."

The key crew working on the anime adaptation will include Yuuki Itoh as the director, Naruo Kobayashi as the main writer, and Masaaki Yomano as the character designer. A-1 Pictures is the animation studio responsible for the series. Previously announced voice cast members include Kaori Mizuhashi and Mamiko Noto as Einhart Stratos. Yukari Tamura will continue her role as Nanoha Takamachi and Nana Mizuki will continue to the play the role of Fate.
