Shin So Yool will make her first appearance in "What is a Mother."

MBC's new drama "What is a Mother," which first airs on Friday, Shin So Yool will play the first love of Kim Yeon Suk (Yoo Yeok Suk) and will be the third party in the love triangle, competing against Park Ji Hye (Seo Ee An). 

In the drama, her character is good looking, intelligent and a very well-rounded person. She and Yeon Suk were once in a relationship but ended up marrying someone else and divorcing him later. 

Ji Hye, who is also in love with Yeon Suk, believes that Shin So Yool's character will eventually get in her way.

She said, "I waited a long time for this and I'm excited because it seems like it will be a great and dramatic entrance."

The drama is set to air every week day.
