Anime Staff Behind 'AnoHana' And 'Toradora' Reveal Trailer For Upcoming Project 'The Heart Wants To Shout' [VIDEO]

Perhaps it's soon to be all aboard the feels train as the anime staff behind tearjerker series "Anohana" and popular romantic comedy "Toradora" has a new project in the works.

And based on the teaser image, there's likely going to be some sentimental school days ahead.

Anime News Network reports that a new trailer for "Kokoro Ga Sakebitagatterun Da" or "The Heart Wants To Shout" has appeared on the official website for the "Anohana" anime film and the "Toradora" TV anime. Additionally, an official website for the new project began streaming the trailer, which fans can watch below.

So far, fans are somewhat disappointed with the teaser in regards to its length and lack of information provided in it:

"Well that was one of the most uninformative teasers I've ever seen (not that anime teasers are usually great). Still have no real idea about the plot and no new visuals or even voices," commented Unitmikey in an ANN forum.

"The only new information the PV has given is that the movie will include a piano. PVs are not CMs or Press Releases, but a downward camera pan of the key art is a bit low on details," explained Hameyadea

Admittedly, the fans have a point about the limited information available about "The Heart Wants to Shout." Firstly, there's still no specific release date. Secondly, there's no voice cast, character list, or plot information besides a story surrounding school students and a piano.

The marketing scheme so far seems to rely on the impressive staff members attached, which is arguably a good way to play it for fans of either "AnoHana" or "Toradora." Tatsuyuki Nagai, who has also worked on "A Scientific Railgun" and "Waiting in the Summer" will direct the film for A-1 Pictures.

He'll be joined by Mari Okada from "M3 the Dark Metal," who will write the script for "The Heart Wants to Shout." Finally, Masavoshi Tanaka from "High School of the Dead" will design the characters.

Regardless of how much information is currently available, it seems like there's something to be excited about when the minds behind two popular animation projects produce another one.
