Justin Bieber released a short 15-second video on Instagram where he teases a new song rumored to be about his break up with Selena Gomez.

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber recently met for a dinner date in Beverly Hills where they caught up with each other's lives and she allegedly was upset with herself afterward.
