Kim Kardashian Baby News: Speculation over whether Kim Kardashian is pregnant with baby number two has been rising since the birth of Kim and Kanye's daughter North West.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said she is not pregnant, but she and Kanye are trying in a recent interview

Kim was talking about Bruce Jenner's "journey" when she was asked about a sibling for North West

"[Kanye West and I have] been trying, we've been trying! I pray about it," Kardashian told host Nancy O'Dell on the Jan. 26 episode of Entertainment Tonight.

"I am not pregnant - not that I know of. I'm not. I wish I was. I'm about fifteen pounds heavier, but I'm not [pregnant]," Kim continued.

MediaTakeOut didn't believe the reality TV star, reporting that Kardashian was poised to make "an announcement as early as TOMORROW!!!" under the headline  "Its CONFIRMED ... Kim Kardashian Is Pregnant... And By The LOOK OF HER BELLY... She's Going To ANNOUNCE It Very Soon!!!"

"We've really been trying for another kid. More kids can't come soon enough!," Kim Kardashian told People in their newest issue.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star also told Britain's DailyMail.com that her first pregnancy came quickly, but she is having trouble conceiving baby number two.

Kim Kardashian is reportedly ready to do whatever it takes to get pregnant again. Kim Kardashian was reportedly examined by fertility doctors, who told the reality star that she can't get pregnant again.

Some reports say Kim and Kanye are considering surrogacy.

The Daily Mail reported that 34-year-old reality star told the E! International Press Junket in Los Angeles on Friday that she will document her attempts to get pregnant on the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians comes back to E! in March.
