One factor that contributed to the beauty of Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" music video was the colossal home featured in the scenes. However, the mansion where the blone beauty filmed her iconic video literally went down in flames.

On Jan. 28, the Winfield Mansion in New York was engulfed in flames wherein the assistance of 150 firefighters were needed to put it off. The fire reportedly started in a first-floor bedroom of the 16-acre property.

Investigators have not yet figured out the cause of the fire although some believe that it might be because the 1916 estate was haunted. The mansion got its haunted reputation following the death of the owner's second daughter because of suicide.

Nassau County Fire Investigations head James Hickman said that the rooms in the second and third floors of the mansion sustained heavy damage.

"The priceless woodwork can never be replaced. I'm standing on a beautiful, priceless Oriental rug that's never going to be the same," Hickman told Newsday.

The mansion has been used several times for photo shoots and TV shows. Most recently, Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" music video was filmed there wherein the blond beauty sang about her relationship "going down in flames."

Meanwhile, the "Out of the Woods" songstress might not be aware yet of the mansion's fate as she took her time to make another fan feel valued.

Recently, one fan expressed his woes because of his bullies. In an attempt to encourage the fan, Swift went out of her way to create a lengthy and touching Tumblr note.

One part of the note reads: "You will always be criticized and teased and bullied for things that make you different, but usually those things will be what set you apart. The things that set you apart from the pack, the things that you once thought were your weaknesses will someday become your strengths."

"So if they say you're weird or annoying or strange or too this or not enough that, maybe it's because you threaten them. Maybe you threaten them because you're not the norm. And if you're not the norm, give yourself a standing ovation," the note further stated.
