Mobile Windows 10 Release Date Features Split Keyboard: Leaked Screenshots Preview Upcoming Launch [NEWS]

Chinese website IT Home has leaked screenshot images of the tablet and mobile versions of Windows 10, which is soon to be released.

The mobile version is said to allow users to split keyboards in half so that both left and right hands could be used simultaneously.

Although both the regular PC and mobile/tablet versions will have the same core operating system, the latter is expected to receive new features, as changes in industry development and consumer habits are continually moving in a direction that places emphasis on mobility.

Attention has also surrounded the possibility of Bill Gates getting more involved with Windows 10 development, with a particular focus on his Personal Agent project.

"One project I am working on with Microsoft is the Personal Agent which will remember everything and help you go back and find things and help you pick what things to pay attention to," he said during a recent interview.

"The idea that you have to find applications and pick them and they each are trying to tell you what is new is just not the efficient model-the agent will help solve this. It will work across all your devices."

The Windows 10 release date is said to be set for "later in the year" in 2015, as Microsoft official Terry Myerson mentioned during an event.
