Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal car crash that unfortunately caused a life of one person last Feb. 7.

According to reports, there is a new evidence that the authorities now have that could probably shed light to the incident.

"Whatever is being reported right now is not part of our investigation," the LAPD said in a statement from Us. "We are still looking at the videos of the crash to determine what happened. We have not deemed who is at fault yet, the investigation is still very much open."

Contrary to previous reports, a police source reportedly said that the Cadillac Escalade Bruce Jenner was driving actually hit the two cars that were also involved in the fatal car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu, Calif.

In the new video footage obtained by the police, Jenner appeared to have hit the Lexus car then forced it to the opposite road, which unfortunately got hit by a hummer. The driver of the car, Kim Howe, 69, was killed in the incident.

After hitting the Lexus car, Jenner then hit the Toyota Prius, which left the driver injured.

Mirror UK reports that Bruce Jenner could be facing a manslaughter charges if proven that he's responsible for the death of the victim.

Jenner was immediately took sobriety tests that includes an on-site breathalyzer and a blood test at a nearby hospital, which he eventually passed.

He was also rumored to have been texting while driving at the time of the crash, but it was reported that he wasn't.

"The evidence will show that Bruce was not texting at the time of the accident," his rep Alan Nierob told the AP last Sunday, Feb. 8.

The former Olympian offered his condolences to the victim right after the car crash happened.

"My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident," Jenner said. "It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."

Jenner, who is rumored to be undergoing a gender transition is reportedly "devastated" with the car crash.

"The accident happened right in front of his eyes and he stayed there the entire time watching everything. The woman who passed away was not in good shape and Bruce saw her body being taken out of the car," the insider admitted to Us. "He knows he wasn't responsible but he still feels terrible."
