After the 2012 MAMAs, Psy was dubbed the 'Worldwide Phenomenon' with his special performance at the award show. To come and think of it, adding the "worldwide" to his name fits perfectly to how much of an impact Psy brought with "Gangnam Style".

As he currently takes over Asia for the 2012 MAMAs, promotions, and showcases, Univision Communications released a statement saying that Psy landed his first television appearance on Spanish Television.

Sabado Gigante, or "Big Saturday" in English, is classified as "the longest running variety show in television history". Psy is said to appear on the Spanish variety show's December 8th episode at 8 p.m. ET.

The show is taking part of the special prime-time line-up done by Univision dubbed as a "December to Remember". Other artists that are featured in the primetime line-up are Tony Bennett, Gloria Estefan, Marc Anothony, and Thalia. 

Psy's appearance on a Spanish speaking network will not only make it a "December to remember" for network viewers, but also for himself.
