"Arrow" season 3, episode 16 spoilers reveal Oliver Queen seriously considering the suggestion by his nemesis, Ra's al Ghul, who's offering "another world to save."

In the teaser promo, Ra's al Ghul's voice can be heard as saying:

"Oliver Queen is a man destined to be alone. Your city will turn on you, your closest allies will call you a criminal. You will be scorned, and hunted, and then killed. But I can give you a whole world to save. There is more than one path to justice.

Before the clip ends, Oliver Queen says, "Maybe I should be Ra's al Ghul."

More "Arrow" season 3, episode 16 spoilers can be gleaned in the synopsis, which reads: "Still weighed down by his last meeting with Ra's al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable), Oliver (Stephen Amell) returns home to find a new villain and his crew have started terrorizing Starling City - Michael Amar AKA Murmur (guest star Adrian Glynn McMorran), a man whose mouth has been sewn shut."

"Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) bond over their issues with their fathers and Nyssa make Laurel an offer. Thea (Willa Holland) is forced to come to terms with her father after Oliver brings Malcom (John Barrowman) to the loft to recover, and Lance (Paul Blackthorne) shuts out both Laurel and the Arrow."

According to DC Wiki, Murmur was once a respected surgeon by the name of Dr. Michael Amar. The voices on his head prompted him to go on a killing spree.

He was caught with the help of the Flash and was sentenced to die through lethal injection. He survived because the toxin didn't kill him. The surgeon cut out his own tongue and even sewed his mouth shut, thus becoming Murmur.

Watch out for more "Arrow" season 3, episode 16 spoilers before the air date on CW March 18.
