Hoopa Animated Short Confirmed As Pokemon Movie 18 Pre-Order Bonus In Addition To Arceus, Shiny Giratina Distribution Events

Before the release of the upcoming Pokemon movie, "Archdjinn of Rings: Hoopa," an animated short has been confirmed as a pre-order bonus.

According to Serebii, 7-11 stores across Japan will be offering a bonus DVD featuring an animated short when Pokemon fans pre-order tickets for the movie due to release on July 18, 2015. The title, roughly translated, is called "The Minidjinn of the Word 'Appear': Hoopa."

"This is a story set when Hoopa's companions Balza and Mary were still children," read the plot synopsis.

"The three of them lived happily together with the villagers in 'Arkhe Valley,' a place far from Désser City where Hoopa later meets Ash and the others. Everyone there loved Hoopa's rings, which could make anything and everything appear! One day, the three of them were helping an old woman make donuts. Hoopa's eyes started glittering at the sight of these round treats it had never seen before! But when Hoopa's rings get used to make donuts, things quickly get silly!"

Reportedly, this pre-order bonus will be available starting on March 7 across 7-11 stores in Japan.

In addition, the upcoming Pokemon movie will also coincide with the distribution of Arceus.

Reportedly, this Arceus will be distributed when fans pre-book the movie tickets in Japan, and will come with the moves Judgment, Black Burn, Hydro Cannon and Earth Power. This legendary Pokemon will also hold the Silk Scarf or one of its plates. This distribution event will occur if fans pre-book tickets between March 7 to July 17 and will be redeemable immediately instantly until Aug. 31.

It's also been revealed that the movie will provide multiple distribution events. In addition to Arceus, one of six legendary Pokemon featured in the movie will also be distributed and will be redeemed between June 20 and Aug. 31. It is currently known which six legendary Pokemon will be up for this event.
