Conrad Hilton, Brother of Paris Hilton, Reaches Plea Deal In Air Charges

Conrad Hilton, brother of Paris Hilton, reached a plea deal for disrupting a flight from London to Los Angeles. Hilton would plead guilty to misdemeanor assault against flight attendants in exchange for a federal felony charge being dropped.

Conrad Hilton, the youngest brother of Paris Hilton, is charged with disrupting British Airways Flight 269 on July 31, according to a 17-page affidavit by FBI agent David Gates.

The misdemeanor charge carries up to a six-month prison sentence and a fine of at least $5,000. Hilton was initially charged with a felony that could have carried a prison sentence up to 20 years if he was convicted.

According to court papers, prosecutors would recommend probation for Hilton, 20. Paris Hilton's brother is not expected to plead guilty when he appears in court today,  U.S. Attorney's Office spokesman Thom Mrozek said in a statement

Paris's brother is free on $100,000 bond. He is under continued mental health treatment.

Hilton's parents are Kathy Hilton and businessman Rick Hilton, the grandson of the Hilton hotels founder who was also named Conrad Hilton.

Hilton's trouble on British Airways began moments after Flight 269 left the ground July 31. It continued for almost the entire 10 1/2-hour flight, according to a 17-page affidavit by FBI agent David Gates.

Witnesses say Conrad punched the bulkhead of the plane just inches from a flight attendant's face. According to witnesses, Conrad allegedly grabbed a flight attendant's shirt and said, "I could get you all fired in 5 minutes. I know your boss! My father will pay this out. He has done it before. Dad paid $300k last time."

The captain of the flight restrained Conrad when he fell asleep. He was handcuffed to his seat for the duration of the flight.

The FBI reports says that drink service was delayed about 40 minutes. Witnesses said that Hilton got out of his seat at least 20 times during flight. According to reports Hilton began the disruption as soon as the flight took off. According to reports the seat belt sign was still on when Hilton began.

According to witnesses, Conrad was heard allegedly yelling "If you wanna square up to me bro, then bring it and I will f*cking fight you." "I am going to f*cking kill you."  "I will f*cking rip through you." "I will f*cking own anyone on this flight; they are f*cking peasants."
