Boyfriend 'Bounce' Back With New Wonderland-Themed Music Video

The boys of Boyfriend fall into a shadowy rabbit hole for their new "Bounce" music video which has an Alice in Wonderland concept but with a more sinister feel and look.

The "Bounce" song is an invitation for the girl to open her heart and give love a chance, and to let herself be whisked away. The group then spends most of the MV chasing after the girl while stuck in a grim magical realm of mad tea parties and card games.

"Bounce" is the title track to their fourth EP "Wonderland" which was produced by the prolific duo Han Jae Ho & Kim Seung Soo more popularly known together as Sweetune. Boyfriend had begun promoting the song and their album on TV since last week.

It has been gaining attention not only in Korea but also featured in Chinese music websites such as Yin Yui Tai and Tudou Music, topping the latter's chart rankings. Even our managing editor Jesse Lent dubbed "Bounce" the boy group's "most exciting single yet" on account of its powerful production and funky sound.

With the latest Alice in Wonderland concept for "Bounce", fans could not help but notice the story book pattern that has been running in Boyfriend MVs. The boys had also used the Peter Pan and Red Riding Hood concepts for their previous "Obsession" and "Witch"  music videos, respectively.
